Five easy gestures you can do to bond with your baby and share more love while your pregnant

Talk and Sing to Your Baby:

Talking and Singing to your baby may take some getting used to, but research shows that when you talk to your baby in the uterine, they can actually hear you. Don't worry if you can't sing like the great Whitney Houston; your baby will get used to the vibration and become soothing to them.

Begin to Call Your Baby by Their Name:

When you call your baby by their name, it helps to create a closer bond with

them after birth.

Gently Touch, Rub, or Massage Your Belly:

This action tends to come easy for many expectant mothers. Many times, from the moment an expectant mother finds out she is pregnant, she places her hand on her belly as if to say I know you're there,

and I am here to protect you.

Start a Pregnancy Journal:

Pregnancy Journals are a great way to bond with your baby; not only can you journal all the new experiences that you're having as an expectant mom, like, the first time the baby kicked or your crazy cravings, but when your little one gets older you can read it to them like a bedtime story, this will surely pique their interest because it will be all about them.

Schedule a 3D/4D Ultrasound:

A 3D ultrasound works by taking thousands of photos in quick succession. It creates an image that is nearly as distinct as a photograph.

While having the Ultrasound done, be sure to talk to your baby; this will make you feel closer to them while the Ultrasound is in progress. After they are born and a bit older, you can show them the keepsake images of themselves. They will be

sure to get a kick out of it!
